Almighty Allah says: “Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more strength than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore, the righteous women are devoutly obedient and guard in the husband’s absence what Allah would have them to guard. As to those women on whose part you fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance); for Allah is most High and Great (above you all). If you fear a breach between them twain, appoint (two) arbiters, one from his family and the other from hers. Hajj and Its Obligation (Fard) In Context of Islam
(In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful, all praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger)
In ISLAM there are five utmost important pillars which recognize the very source of the Islamic ideology and from which Hajj is one of the important pillars that require attention as it has been made obligatory (Fard) to the Muslims, followed by a statement of our Lord, Allah (SWT):
“Hajj (pilgrimage) to the House (Kabah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the journey.
“And whoever disbelieves (i.e. desires Hajj) then he is a disbeliever of Allah and Allah stands not in need of any of His Creature.” Holy Quran (Surah Al Imran 3:197)
To this context Islam and Its Five Pillars are to be strictly followed by all Muslims and when to comes to Hajj it is the duty which every Muslim is owed once in his/her life who possess a sound mind and is able to perform all the obligatory acts required to perform Hajj.
Therefore, to every Muslims who is planning to do his Hajj is advised not to delay as there is no other assurance that other year ones live or not and at the Day of Judgment when we would be standing in front of our Lord. Allah (SWT), we will not have any but the label of ignorance with us and the more old ones get the harder it becomes for one to perform such a task.
Remember, it is stated and stressed that all Muslims have the utmost duty to perform Hajj and thus there is no excuse to let go the duty that may let go of the burden of completing the important five pillars of Islam.
